card is the FIVE of WANDS:
this is chaos for no reason, arguments, bickering, petty tiddy baby crap! don't engage walk away, why oh why don't I listen to my own advice. lolol I have been arguing silly stuff all week and I just cant s...eem to walk away even though it's stuff that doesn't effect me.......apparently I have a point of view OOPS! my bad!
it really is sparring, for the sake of practice. no ones going to accomplish anything or come to any understanding because no one wants that. sustaining the turmoil is the goal, some people life their life as a drama and that's all they know. believe me it's pointless so do as I say and withdraw, mayhaps i'll be able to do the same if I turn off the phone, computer, and place my fingers in my ears and say LOUDLY "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA " 
 

the devil

todays card is the DEVIL:
and I choose the epic Eric Northman from True Blood as a perfect representation of that Devil energy. it's bein tied to baser emotions (lust, greed, anger) but sometimes he makes it hurt so good. and we stick with ...the evil/pain we know rather than take that leap of faith and do what we need to do for our higher self. sometimes when it's good physically we enjoy those chains binding us to earthly desires so much we don't realize what we're giving up in order to wallow in that lust. now there's absolutely nothing wrong with good sex but without love it's simple animal instinct and that can only get you so far before you start to feel alone/empty/desperate and if that's where you are then you need to know you are worth it and take that leap of faith to move beyond this energy.
if it's an addiction then take this as a sign to get help, if it's obsession let it go you cant make someone love you if they don't. when I decided that I deserved the best and I stopped settling for what was available I figured out I can do/achieve anything I don't need to be held back or down by those chains anymore. I'm unfettered by those unhealthy ties and I/m free to soar.......so take a long hard look at your life and decide what you want it to be, you can soar as free and high as you want if you just believe!

the sun

todays card is the SUN:
forget the darkness and gloom it's a bright new day full of hope and promise. turn your face into the light and allow the past to fade away. dance that joy you feel into reality, bathe in the illumination of that wo...ndrous incandescent ball of white heat and feel it to you core.
the sun brings pleasure and promise with it and even challenging situations can be met with optimism under it's glow. it's a blank page ready for you to fill it with joy, it's a gift so accept it's promise and enjoy it without reservation!
days like this are made for picking dandelions, picnics, and family and friends. so whatever you do (even if it's work/chores) do with a song in your heart and a smile on your lips!

temperance

todays card is TEMPERANCE:
balance is essential in all areas of life, and to be happy and sane you certainly have to work towards that. it's far too easy to get caught up in the magical/mystical parts of life and to let the mundane go to hell or vice versa. I mean I know people who brag about how they can control the weather but they cant physically tie their own shoes because they're so out of whack. I also know people who are the salt of the earth and hard working but wouldn't know a miracle if Jesus came down and handed it to them.
so we're goin for a happy medium here, why not have the best of both worlds. if you believe and you DO then you'll have what you need when you need it, absolutely! that doesn't mean to sit around waiting for it to happen willy nilly, effort and results go hand in hand.
so just pay attention EQUALLY to all aspects of life and enjoy them all as well.
if temperance comes up something is kaka so really take a look at it, and please oh please if there's an addiction problem seek professional help from a therapist, your clergy/preacher, family, AA, or if you're dealing with a family memebers problems try to find some support for YOU!

todays card is the EIGHT of CUPS:
isn't the comfort zone nice and cozy and couldn't you just chill and hang out here forever.....................NOT! looks like time to shake things up and take that BIG ole leap of faith. turn your back on a...ll you know and love and venture forth dear traveler now is the time to start that new quest you've been putting off for a while now. I'd suggest doin it voluntarily lest spirit be forced to give you a spiritual 2 x 4 upside your head. we all know that's no fun so better get to getting whilst you still can do it voluntarily!

8 of swords

todays card is the EIGHT of SWORDS:
this picture of me just screams 8 of swords to me in this black and white version. I look so on guard and reserved and emotionless. it's funny how taking away the color (flavor/freedom) can change somethi...ng. mayhaps a lesson for me indeed. this is self imposed restriction and that goes two ways. there is restricting who/what you let into your life out of fear. the past can definitely affect the future if you let it, and being orphaned, emancipated, and living by me\yself with no safety net certainly made me wary of others. I had to be to survive. however that's no longer the case and I have forced myself to tear down some of those walls and let others in..........are you blocking your own happiness and prosperity by keeping others at bay? does fear keep you from getting to the next level? it's time to examine why you do the things you do, mayhaps a change I needed. learn to trust your instincts again!
or do you NEED to set limits on yourself? are you paying you bills before you go shopping for new clothes, are you partying too much and letting your grades slip? have you been unfaithful or stolen, cheated, etc etc...........then it's time to set boundaries on yourself and some strict ones too. mayhaps not easy but self tough-love is the most rewarding in the end.
all in all this card is about bringing things out of balance into balance so you can be that happy fulfilled person you were meant to and deserve to be!

the star

todays card is the STAR:
the star is the hope that comes after the loss and chaos of the Devil and Tower. it is the reconnecting to that cosmic energy that we come from. it allows you to "reach for the stars" that is the part of you that he...eds the universal call to light.
it's all about finding the balance and courage to look into that sacred pool and see the real you without illusion or even rose colored glasses. the star is a lovely place to be but it's merely a sort of cosmic weigh station to get your bearings and re-energize before you must do the real work that the moon has in store for y'all..................
